Overview

At our organization, we want to ensure that your experience is positive and fulfilling. Our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and caring. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. If this period has passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

While we strive to be accommodating, there are certain products that cannot be returned. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return smoothly, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your return to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

In some instances, partial refunds may be granted for the following:

  • Books that show obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first.

Then, please contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary before your refund appears.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at returns@littlediscoveriescenter.com and send your item to: PO Box 5, Amherst, WI.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had it sent to themselves, we will issue a refund to them, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, please mail it to: PO Box 5, Amherst, WI.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items, which are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
